At Maison Maryim, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original tags and packaging.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Address: Returns are accepted only after contacting us by email. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return address and return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as they will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Used or damaged items caused by the customer
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
